Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging, certificates, and tags.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Custom or personalized orders (including engraved pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at KamilaAlvaradoDesigns@gmail.com. We may request photos to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Return Process

1. Email our customer service team at KamilaAlvaradoDesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

3. Securely package your item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

4. Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is processed.
